Our journey began in 2005, at a time when the northeastern region of India faced a significant challenge: there were very few educational and hostel facilities available for tribal students. These young learners had to travel long distances, often all the way to places like Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, or Bihar, just to pursue their studies. It was an expensive journey, leaving many students far from home and struggling to adjust to unfamiliar environments. Recognizing the hardships these students faced, we set out with a mission to create better opportunities for them closer to their roots, so they could pursue their education without the burden of such long and difficult travels.
In the picture on the right-hand side, you can see Krishna Gopal Ji, Ullas Ji, Suresh Soni Ji, and Prem Goyal Ji. They were the driving force behind the mission to improve education for tribal students in Northeast India. Sitting together, they were deep in discussion, planning ways to make a real difference in the lives of these students. Their dedication and teamwork were the backbone of this important initiative.
